SHIPPING POLICY
FREE UK MAINLAND SHIPPING for orders over £20
All orders placed between November 23rd and December 7th will be on a "Before Christmas" dispatch time. We will be sending orders out as soon as they are ready (latest Tuesday 19th December).
We will close for Christmas orders on December 7th at midnight. Orders placed after this will be dispatched mid - end Janurary, after we have made your orders on our return to the workshop.
. We ship our products with Evri and Parcelforce.
Please note when ordering items together, they will be shipped when both products are complete.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be super happy with your order but if you have changed your mind about your purchase - You are welcome to return the product to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, please get in touch before returning anything to us. (However - we are unable to accept personalised items or Stands, Swings and Shelves as these items are made to order).
Upon receipt of the returned item, and subject to there being no damage, you will receive a full refund, minus original postage and packaging fee (£6.00 baby stands/Alphabet boards and £10.00 Junior/Maxi Stands)
SHIPPING TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND JERSEY
We have resumed shipping to Republic of Ireland and we have established a relationship with Parcelforce for those shipments. All import fees are to be paid by the customer.
Please note shipments to Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland do take a little longer so please bear this in mind when ordering.
The cost of shipping to Northern and The Republic of Ireland is £12.00
We are able to ship to Jersey, although this option is not offered on our website. You can contact fallwithgrace1@gmail.com to place the order.
