Christmas 2025

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
Orders placed on or before December 5th will be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after this date will not arrive in time.​

The Art Collection
We will be accepting Art Collection orders until November 23rd at midnight. Any Art Collection orders placed after November 23rd 2025 will be processed when we reopen in January, with delivery expected
4 - 6 weeks after that.
Lead times
Orders placed between November 23rd and December 5th at midnight will be dispatched on Christmas delivery timelines... "Before Christmas" dispatch.. Which means your order will be sent at any point before Christmas. (Regular dispatch times do not apply during this period).

Orders placed after the start of December 5th will be started when we return to the workshop on January 6th 2026. Dispatch times from orders placed after we close in December 2025 and January 6th 2026 will begin from January 6th.

A product ordered during that time with a three week turnaround - will be dispatched end of January.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be super happy with your order but if you have changed your mind about your purchase - You are welcome to return the product to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, please get in touch before returning anything to us. (However - we are unable to accept personalised items or Stands, Swings or Shelves as these items are bespoke and made to order).
Upon receipt of the returned item, and subject to there being no damage, you will receive a full refund, minus original postage and packaging fee (Between £3.99 and £10.00 depending on the value and weight.

SHIPPING TO THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND JERSEY
Sadly, we have paused shipping to Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland due to the current change in law and guidelines, this may change in the future but unfortunately we cannot ship there at this moment.
We are very sorry for this.
